No AC , the room was sooo hotCoffee machine was not working

Everything was perfect.Great location, the hotel is located near bus and train station. You can take the bus or train to go wherever you want to go. I recommend taking the train cause it’s faster. If you wanna go for a walk till the touristic area, you’ll make around 1h 30 by step which is good cause you get to see a lot of things in your way.You also have a lot of restaurants nearby with different specialties. The cafeteria across from the train station it’s also good for take away or if you want to have your coffee in the morning there.The staff from the hotel is very friendly and polite. They are present in the reception and will help you with anything you need.The check in was smooth. We arrived in the evening because of the traffic and thought it would be inconvenient but the reception is open 24/7 so we could make it easily.The size of the room and the facilities were all we needed. We had a problem with the mini fridge in our room but after telling the lady from the reception the problem was solved in the same day.Regarding the parking, we had parking on site at the hotel. It’s safe, secure and we had no problem leaving the car there for one week.I would choose this hotel again in the future because it was more than I expected it would be.Totally worth it!

No complaints, everything was neat and perfect.

I stayed at Eresin Express hotel for a night. The room and bathroom was clean. It is conveniently located just a short walk away from the tram line that connects directly to the main tourist attractions in the old city (Sultanahmet). The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall good value for money

The room was small yet convenient. Would have been nice if there was a shelf or additional hooks in the bathroom

The place is nice and quiet. Very close to the tram T1, you can easily get to old town or to the metro bus. The staff is friendly and helpful. Check in and check out time could be managed if the hotel has opportunity to do so. Single room is just enough for one person, it is clean and you have everything you need. The price is also adequate.

I want to thank Rahmi and Mihraban for their excellent support. Both were very kind, helpful and made sure our stay was pleasant, and tried to resolve any issues we had promptly.The location is very good as it is very close to the T1 Tram and bus stations that can take you to all the historical areas, the street is filled with shops, restaurant and grocery shops. Excellent location.

We had an issue with the first room we stayed in as we saw some cockroaches, immediately management changed our room and sent maintenance to check on the issue. We were moved to the 4th and last floor but the roof started dripping water after a heavy rain. Management did change our rooms again . We understand that the building was renovated but ownership should pay better attention to the cleanliness and to the structure of the upper levels so as not to have the leaks happen again. I would like to say that management were very prompt in trying to resolve our issues.

It’s my second time d staying at the same hotel very clean nice staff and helpful.

The rooms and bathrooms are clean. We stayed for 5 days, I think everyday they have they made the room. The hotel is conveniently located near a tram and bus stop. No noise and room is good for sleeping. There is a lot of good and affordable breakfast spots in 2 minutes walk. The area is comparatively cheaper compared to old town. You can have good breakfast near the hotel for 250 lira.

The rooms are clean but quite small, we choose a twin bed room and which was quite small, so read their square feet measurement before booking and expect the same. In our room air conditioner was leaking water, but they cleaned it everyday, so it was not a problem.

The location was very good for a travelers whith a car. They have a private parking and the tram station is near the hotel. One can go to the main points of interest by one tram for a 10-15 minutes. Clean rooms.

The size of the room was not as expected. The bed was situated on one side close to the wall and from the other partialy. It wasn't comfortable for two people. The size of the balcony was just for one chair. The comunication with the host was very slow. Finaly I relised that the replies to all of my questions were authomathical.

It was clean, the staff was helpful, and they have parking lot.

The bed was somewhat small for two people, likely 140x200 cm, but everything else was perfect.

we stayed here for the second time in the last month and again everything was superlative! on the day of checkin, we were accommodated even earlier than the set time. very close to the tram station. congratulations to the staff. we will definitely come back!

I appreciated the convenient proximity to a tram station, making it easy to reach the city center. Additionally, I liked that it was connected to the main hotel where my conference was being held.

When I arrived at the Main Eresin Hotels, I was disappointed with the service. The front doorman insisted we put our luggage back into the taxi and drive around the neighborhood to reach the express entrance, despite the two entrances being right next to each other. Additionally, the key card for accessing the main hotel was unreliable, which was quite frustrating.

Excellent accommodation in the immediate vicinity of the tram and metro. It is excellent for visiting the surrounding attractions. Everything is very clean. Parking is free and secured. The pictures correspond to the actual condition. It is very well located in a quieter part of Istanbul and yet close to everything.

Everything was very good, starting from the hospitality and professionalism with which we were greeted by Mrs. Ozem to the clean rooms and the services offered! Congratulations, we felt very good and we will be back soon! very close to the means of transport. 1 min

The balcony door didn’t seal that good and a bit of cold air was coming into the room
